2021 Puerto Rico A Case Is Hard To Get

From Spring 2021, the sea freight rose sharply. More crazily, there was no space even with high freight. In Sept. 2021, the products to San Juan had been finished for about 2 months but still stayed in our warehouse. The order was based on FOB Qingdao, but the customer’s agent couldn’t get the space whether in Qingdao or in Shanghai. The customer and we were incomparably anxious. In this situation, we discussed with all the agents in Qingdao for the shipping space. At last, we succeeded in getting 2X20’GP. And finally, we beared 20% freight to help the customer. 2021 Australian Chains Using the Rolling Shutter Door

Chains are one of our main products, we exported them for many years all over the world. All the customers were satisfied to them. But to our surprise, we receive a complaint from one of our customers in Australia. The customer said the chains get stuck in the process of using the rolling shutter door, causing the equipment to stop automatically. So the chains were required twist/rotation should not be greater than 90°over 4M length. If not, the chain will cause the equipment to be stopped automatically. We hold a meeting immediately. 2005 Canada Packing Carton Problem

As the request of the customer V, we improve the package as follows: 1. Change to the color carton, with the products photo, such as shackle, chain, loadbinder and wire rope clips and hooks and so on. 2. Stick the labels with the product’s detail to show the name, size, packing number and so on. Such as 19QLH0030, US type Eye Hoist Hook, AS, 2 Ton 40pcs. 3. The most import is it shows the customer’s logo, and it looks perfect and high-class.
